Education in Afghanistan

 Afghanistan is a country ubicated in the south of Asia. Is a country with a lot of problems, but one of them is the differences between girls and boys. 

This problem affects directly the education of the country, because a lot of girls don´t have acces to education. 

The 21st century seemed better, but in 2008 the taliban seized power. They closed all of the girls´s schools and they decreed women had to stay in the houses of her husbands or parents, but this would not end here.

A little girl called Malala started to write a blog about the gender problem in her country, and how that difference affects the education of the girls. With the blog, Malala had started to make a lot of noise in the world, a lot of people started to share her blog and comment about the problem of the education with the arrival of the taliban, so she was converted to a dangerous person for this radical islamic group.

In 2012 Malala was attacked by a group of taliban when she was in a bus after school. She survived, but while she was in recovery at the hospital, a lot of people took the streets to speak out against the taliban and to call for improvments in girls´s education.

 With the time and the militar intervention of USA, the taliban started to lose power and control. The girl´s schools were starting to open again, but there was another problem, a lot of girls wanted to go to the school, but there were not schools nearby. 

So even when the taliban lost their power, girls had problems to have access to education like boys. So we have two issues, the girl´s education is not promoted and not all the girls who want to be educated in schools have the possibility to do it.

With the activism of Malala, a lot of girls and familys understood the importance of the education with  no gender differences, but few months ago, the taliban regeined the power and one of the first things they made was close all of the girl´s schools and eliminated the Ministry of Women

This is a very sad new for all the girls and women, because they have a patriarchal and  violent position about the role of women. 

The importance of all of this and what it makes me think more, is the fact that we are in 2021 and we still fight for the fullfilment of HUMAN RIGHTS. Is very difficult to understand why there are groups who believe that girls have different rights than the boys. 

The education is the key to the development of society and we have to share the knowledge with all of the kids, not only boys. Every kid have the right to have access to a good education, otherwise we lost all of the different point of views about all of the changes that we can make in our world to transform it in a better place.

My pet ❤

In my house we have three pets, 2 cats and a dog, but today i´m going to talk about my cat, her name is Colo. 

I found her on the side of the street that is in front of my school. She was a little black and white thing and she was alone in bushes with thorns. 

It was love at first sight, we decided to keep her inmediatly because she stole our hearts with her little paws and her big blue eyes.

She was 2 moths old, and her body was full of fleas, but she was really healthy.

The first month with her was really sacrificed, because she always cried really loud, and she was always afraid. She slept in my pocket or in my head because she wanted to feel me or feel my heat. 

In time, she began to trust me and show me her personality and i discovered she it was really grateful, cute, curious, hungry, and REALLY dirty. Is really strange because people always say cats are so clean, but this is not the case. Sometimes her face is full of dust (like the phot) or her ful is wet with something i don´t know. 

I have to reapear how cute and gratefull she is. She always wants to be in my arms. She is the first to come with me when i´m sad, but is the first to come when i´m doing anything that she thinks it looks interesting. Maybe it sounds crazy, but when we look each other is like i can see how much she loves me and i´m sure she knows how much i love her. 

 She is one of the biggest gift in my life and i´d really want to find the words to explain how special she is. She was my principal motivation when we were on quarantine and is one of the most important things in my life. Im sorry if i´m beaing so emotional but she is part of me.

Childhood series

 Well, like i said in the last blog, i love Disney, so the most of the series that  i remember of my childhood are from Disney.

When i was 3 or 4 years old, i only had national channels, so i watched The Teletubies on channel 11, or Bob Esponja on channel 4, and i had a lot of VHS of Barney (advantages of having an older sister).

But when i was 7, i think, my parents started to pay a plan for more channels, so i discovered disney.

On this channel i saw Hannah Montana, Zack and Cody, That is so Raven, Cory in the White House and another programs like The House of Mickey Mouse or Brandy and Mr.Whiskers, but my favorite on Disney Channel was Hannah Montana. I remember i had my desk full of stickers of her JAJA.

I remeber i watched a lot of national series too, like Los Pulentos, Diego y Glot or Villa Dulce. These series were really good too.

The Best Holidays

When i think in my best holidays, the answer comes to my head really fast.

My best holidays were in Augusth, 2019 when i went to USA with my Scout group. 

Every four years, in the scout world, we have a camp with all of the countries called Jamboree, this camp is the dreamed experience of every scout, because you can share with people of more than 170 countries and live indescribable experiences.

We decided to go in 2017, so we had two years to earn money, because it was expensive. I started to sell cuchuflis and alfajores in my breaks on school, to sell rifas, make completadas, and i managed to raise the money! (with help of my family and friends)

The World Scout Jambore started in 2nd August, but we decided to go one week earlier to visit Orlando. I visited all of the Disney parks and Universal. IT WAS MAGIC. It really was the trip of my dreams because i went with my lifelong friends and I LOVE DISNEY. 

I need more space to share with you all the details, but i think all the people should go to Disney, at least once in their life. It is very  possible if you take your time to prepare the trip.

Well, then the Jamboree started and i dont have words to explain all my happiness of that moment. I met a lot of people of many countries, i learned a lot of another cultures, and i live experiences which i will never forget. This trip was my best holiday and the best experience of my life.
